[Why hello everyone. You are being greeted with a totally not blushing Sealand.]

I have a question to ask. If you wanted to take a girl, who is just a friend, on a not really a date, where would you take her and what would you do on this not date?

I'm just wondering, that's all!

A friend on a not-date? Is that so? [That flushed face looks like like even more of a contradiction]

Hmm...on a "not date"...

Well, I'd take her somewhere really fun! It would be a place that's not too romantic, but also a place where you both can enjoy yourselves.

It also depends on the girl and what she likes to do.

[A not-date? What was that exactly?] Well with all the snow, if it's not to cold you could go for a walk through one of the parks.

[...Sealand is growing up so quickly! It's so cute, yet sad at the same time. She smiled to him.]

You know... I think Eng-- Arthur kept saying that we went on not-dates too.

[She's trying to get used to calling him Arthur now that they're engaged. She can't help but to tease you playfully though, Sealand. She doesn't mean anything bad by it though.]

Who is this girl that you plan on asking out? That way I could give you a proper answer to this.

Bring her somewhere nice, maybe out to dinner.

Whether it's friendly or romantic, dates should always be a matter of doing something you both enjoy. The difference between them is in the formalities. Friends dress casually and each pay their own way. And if you go eat, it's probably somewhere inexpensive and low-key, like a café or fast food. Nothing too fancy is the best rule of thumb for friendly outings.
